Japanese Firm Plans U.S. Factory to Supply Honda

COLUMBUS, Ohio —
A $20-million Japanese-owned factory will open later this year in central Ohio to supply auto parts to Honda of America Manufacturing.
Tokyo Seat will form a new company, TS Trim Industries, to operate the plant.
