Sweeping Ban on Smoking Voted by Colorado Senate

DENVER —
The Colorado Senate voted 22 to 12 Tuesday to approve a bill that would declare smoking “indoor air pollution” and ban it in most public places. The measure would exempt bars, tobacco shops, restaurants seating 50 or fewer and any business with fewer than 20 employees. It was sent to the House.
