A federal judge ordered the sedition trial of eight self-proclaimed revolutionaries moved from Boston, saying “onerous” conditions would rob them of a fair trial. U.S. District Judge John McNaught said that the eight terrorist suspects were being housed in separate prisons far from one another and from the courthouse, making it difficult for the defendants to meet to discuss their defense, and said they have been denied access to their legal papers.
