Heroin Seized in Spain

MADRID — Spanish police netted 132 pounds of heroin in Madrid in Spain’s biggest-ever drug haul, Interior Minister Jose Barrionuevo said Thursday. Interior Ministry officials put the street value of the drug at between $40 million and $60 million.
