Strike Cancels Danish TV

COPENHAGEN —
Denmark’s state-owned television service on Sunday was blacked out for the third day by a strike of 250 technicians. The service’s management was holding talks to resolve the dispute, which began after technicians said they were not adequately consulted over a staff appointment.
