President Reagan is tentatively scheduled to hold a news conference Thursday, his first since Nov. 19, White House sources, who wished to remain anonymous, said. White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater indicated earlier that Reagan will hold a news conference soon, but he declined to give a date. When a reporter noted a report that Reagan will travel to Columbia, Mo., on March 26, Fitzwater said: “I am not confirming a news conference or a travel date.”
