Dixons Group PLC gained control of 56% of the stock of Cyclops Corp. of Pittsburgh after a tender offer, winning despite a sweetened takeover bid by Cyracq Corp., the company said. The price for the specialty steelmaker, which also owns the Silo appliance store chain, will be $384 million. Dixons can now buy all the 5.4 million authorized but unissued shares of cyclops common stock of Cyclops at $90.25 each, the same price paid in the tender.
