The Rams and Broncos have officially been named to play in the Aug. 9 exhibition in London, if the game is held.

NFL Commissioner Pete Rozelle says the NFL Players Assn., which must OK the game, has asked Jack Donlan of the NFL Management Council for $80,000 to pay the legal fees it incurred in fighting Rozelle’s drug program.

“Donlan declined and I wasn’t enthused,” Rozelle said.
