AIDS Policy Protesters Block Wall Street Traffic

NEW YORK —
More than 200 people blocked traffic in the Wall Street financial district Tuesday to protest what they claim is government foot-dragging in approving AIDS drugs, police officials said. Seventeen people were arrested.
