Spy Caught, China Says

BEIJING —
China has caught the chief of Taiwan’s spy network in the southwestern city of Kunming and jailed him for eight years, an official newspaper reported. The Yunnan Daily said that Yuan Jicai was lured into joining the Taiwan intelligence service with money and sex while traveling abroad to visit relatives in 1983.
