UCLA Track Teams in Fresno Relays; USC in Sun Angel
UCLA’s track and field teams, both men and women, will compete today in the Fresno Relays at Fresno’s Ratcliffe Stadium.
The Bruins were originally scheduled to take part in the LSU Invitational at Baton Rouge, La., but the track there is still being renovated for the National Collegiate Athletic Assn. meet June 3-6.
The USC men’s and women’s teams will compete tonight in the Sun Angel Invitational at Tempe, Ariz., along with Arizona State, California and Stanford.
USC sprinter Antonio Manning is inactive indefinitely after undergoing recent arthroscopic knee surgery.
