The San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors named staff vice president James A. Link its chief executive and top-ranked staff member. Link replaces Robert G. Adamson effective June 1. Adamson, the board’s chief executive since 1974, will retire.
Link, 38, joined the Valley trade group in 1971 as an administrative assistant. The 8,100-member realty board, California’s largest, has 55 employees and an annual budget of $4 million.
