“Scared Straight!” one of TV’s more controversial hours, will return this May and June with “Scared Straight! Ten Years Later” with Whoopi Goldberg as host. Peter Falk hosted the original program, which dealt with a visit to New Jersey’s Rahway Prison by a group of teen-agers. That show will be rerun, followed by “Scared Straight! Ten Years Later,” giving viewers an opportunity to see what lasting effects the visit had.
