Sarney Reportedly Delays Foreign Trip

BRASILIA, Brazil —
President Jose Sarney, facing key decisions on the makeup of his Cabinet, has postponed a trip to Angola, India and China scheduled for next month, legislators said Wednesday.
Luiz Henrique, leader of the ruling Brazilian Democratic Movement Party in the Chamber of Deputies, said Sarney had conveyed his decision to parliamentary leaders.
