California’s fourth annual Campaign Against Marijuana Planting is scheduled to begin in two weeks, with Yolo and Colusa counties added to the territory being surveyed from air and land. State narcotics officer J. P. Johnson said CAMP this year will patrol 39 of the state’s 58 counties, from the Oregon border to Santa Barbara. He would not disclose where the first sweep by more than 400 officers from various agencies will take place.
