Federal officials issued an arrest warrant for white supremacist Glenn Miller, charging he is trying to start a race war by setting up a point system for killing blacks, Jews, judges and politicians. But U.S. Atty. Sam Currin told a news conference in Raleigh, N.C., that Miller may have committed suicide. The prosecutor said Miller outlined the point system in a letter to 5,000 white supremacists. Miller is the founder of the White Patriot Party.
