In a week peppered with reruns, NBC again crossed the finish line first in ratings released Tuesday by the A.C. Nielsen Co. CBS and ABC followed in that order. The only non-series program in the Top 10 was “High Mountain Rangers,” CBS’ Sunday night movie directed by and starring Robert Conrad (and featuring his two sons). The top 10 shows (in order) were “Family Ties,” “The Cosby Show,” “Murder, She Wrote,” “Cheers,” “Growing Pains,” “Golden Girls,” “High Mountain Rangers,” “Who’s the Boss?” “Moonlighting” and “Matlock.” The last five of the 63 programs ranked were “Outlaws,” “Nothing Is Easy,” “Spies,” “Jack & Mike” and “Our World.” The complete Nielsen ratings appear on Page 10.
