Iran Attacks Gulf Tanker

KUWAIT —
An Iranian helicopter gunship attacked a Panamanian-registered oil tanker near the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday, causing damage but no casualties, Persian Gulf shipping sources said. They said the tanker, the 141,006-ton Megapoint, was empty when it came under fire shortly after midnight and was able to sail under its own power to Dubai despite the damage.
