FBI Director William H. Webster will testify again Thursday before the Senate Intelligence Committee on his nomination to become CIA chief, the panel said. Committee Chairman David L. Boren (D-Okla.) and other members want to question Webster about references in FBI files to former National Security Council aide Oliver L. North, who was fired last November and has become a main figure in the Iran- contra affair. The FBI said April 18 it was looking into reports that FBI agents supplied North with information on pending investigations.
