Anaheim-based Pacific Inland Bank named Shannon E. Vinson, 36, senior vice president and cashier. Other appointments include Marilyn Mancini to vice president and trust officer and Lois Quinn to assistant vice president and manager of trust operations. Also, Cathy Frei and Karen Rahn were promoted to assistant vice presidents.
