VOLUNTEER AGENCIES

PROVIDING ASSISTANCE

So-called qualified designated agencies have been approved by the INS to provide counseling to illegal aliens seeking amnesty. The agencies will provide amnesty forms, help applicants fill them out, and, in many cases, will submit completed applications to the INS. The agencies are considered a crucial buffer between the INS and the public.
