Flying Tiger Line Accuses Japan of Unfair Practices

Flying Tiger Line, a U.S. cargo airline, filed a complaint Friday with the Transportation Department charging Japan with unfair and discriminatory trade practices.

The airline said Japan had failed to honor a 1986 agreement to allow Flying Tiger and other U.S. carriers to handle their own freight and the freight of other carriers at Tokyo’s Narita Airport.
