Pertec Seals Deal With McDonnell Douglas Unit

Pertec Peripherals said it signed a $5-million contract to provide computer memory storage systems to Irvine-based McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems for use in the latter’s new line of mainframe business computers. Delivery of the tape storage systems has already begun, Pertec said.

Pertec is based in Chatsworth and said it expects to report 1986 revenue of about $60 million.
