Gregg M. Gibbons, general counsel and corporate secretary of Wynn’s International Inc., has been named a vice president of the Fullerton-based automotive parts and additives company as well.

Gibbons joined Wynn’s legal department in 1977, when he graduated from UCLA Law School. He became assistant general counsel in 1981, was elected secretary in 1983, and general counsel in 1986.
