Iowa Legislature Votes 65-M.P.H. Speed Limit

DES MOINES —
A bill raising the speed limit to 65 m.p.h. on most interstate highways in Iowa was approved Saturday by the state Legislature. Gov. Terry E. Branstad has said that he will sign the measure into law.
