Diceon Electronics Inc., an Irvine manufacturer of computer circuit boards, said it has completed its previously announced agreement to acquire Symtron Corp. for 300,000 shares of Diceon stock, or about 5.2% of the company’s 5.8 million shares outstanding.

Diceon stock closed Monday on over-the-counter trading at $38.38, making the deal worth about $11.5 million for shareholders of Symtron, a closely held Mountain View company that makes large electronic components used to connect printed circuit boards.
