Two cheese products are being recalled in 25 states, including California, after the discovery in North Carolina that one of the cheeses was contaminated with bacteria, the manufacturer has announced.

Fromageries Bel Inc. said it was voluntarily recalling 657 cases of Mini Bonbel, expiration date July 23, 1987, and Mini Gouda, expiration dates July 23 and July 24, 1987.

No complaints or illnesses have been reported. The company said the recall was a precaution.
