The hottest new albums on the Billboard magazine pop album chart are Barbra Streisand’s “One Voice” (No. 17), “Spanish Fly” (No. 27), by Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, and Tom Petty’s “Let Me Up (I’ve Had Enough)” (No. 33). All have a good shot at making the Top 10. So does David Bowie’s “Never Let Me Down,” which debuted at No. 41. Jody Watley made the Top 10, at No. 10, with her first solo album, “Jody Watley.” Smokey Robinson has his biggest hit in years with “One Heartbeat,” which jumped from No. 65 to No. 40. Robinson’s hit single, “Just to See Her” (No. 22), has boosted sales. U2’s “The Joshua Tree” is No. 1 for the fifth week. The band’s “With or Without You” also tops the pop singles chart. Whitney Houston’s single, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” shot up to No. 28 in just two weeks.
