I was disappointed to see CBS cancel “Capitol,” the daytime serial I have followed since its beginning in 1982. Although the show’s dialogue wasn’t the greatest (what soap’s is?), it had some good plot twists and the setting lent itself to a lot of interesting confl1768125555actors develop their talent over the years. “Capitol’s” replacement, “The Bold and the Beautiful,” is a real letdown.
