Service Is Today for Accident Victim
A memorial service for Kim Kazue Katayama will be held at Rose Hills Cemetery, 3900 S. Workman Mill Road in Whittier, in the Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. today.
Miss Katayama was fatally injured in a car accident in Arizona last Thursday.
Miss Katayama, 18, graduated from El Modena High School in Orange in 1986 and was a freshman at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa. She was employed at her grandfather’s real estate development company, Boulevard Development.
Survivors include her father, Richard Katayama; grandfather and guardian, Kazunori Katayama; grandmother, Fumiko Katayama; sister, Candice, and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ted Sasaki.
Flowers may be sent to the Rose Hills Memorial Chapel.
