Deaver Trial Postponed

WASHINGTON —
U.S. District Judge Thomas Jackson postponed the perjury trial today of former White House aide Michael K. Deaver until an appeals court has decided his constitutional challenge of independent counsel Whitney North Seymour. No new trial date has been set.
