Cement Assn. Changes Name, Test Capabilities

The Portland Cement Assn. has announced its incorporation as Construction Technology Laboratories. The move is intended to broaden the group’s services to include all construction materials and a broad range of testing capabilities.

Robert E. Tobin is the managing consultant for CTL’s Los Angeles field office, located at 37 E. Huntington Drive, Suite 19, Arcadia.
