Brian Tribble, accused of supplying the cocaine that killed former Maryland basketball player Len Bias, declined to testify in his own behalf in Upper Marlboro, Md., and the defense rested after calling only three witnesses. The jury was expected to get the case today after closing arguments in Prince George’s County Circuit Court.
