Police Adopt an Open-Door Policy
The Torrance Police Department has announced that the front door of its station at 3300 Civic Center Drive will remain open around the clock.
The decision came after public outcry last month when a young man drove to the station to escape a group of men who were pursuing him and found the front door locked.
