Advertising Company to Lease Space in Irvine

Cochrane Chase, Livingston & Co. Inc. has agreed to occupy 73,000 square feet of office space in Orange County’s Koll Center Irvine North in a 15-year lease worth more than $29 million. The advertising firm will move in next March.
