Ford Grant: An Indochinese refugee organization has received a $125,000 grant from the Ford Foundation and the California Community Foundation to develop a job training center for unskilled refugees. The Orange County Refugee Community Resources Opportunity Project’s program goal is to double the income of refugee families by helping to upgrade job skills.
