Sun Microsystems Inc., Mountain View, has named Joseph A. Graziano vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Graziano, former chief financial officer for Apple Computer Inc., succeeds Robert Smith, who will remain at the firm through 1987 and then act as an adviser.
