For someone who’s supposedly been “in seclusion,” Donna Rice has hardly been sequestered. After big spreads in Life and People magazines, Rice--whose alleged sexual liaison with Gary Hart led to his withdrawal from the presidential race--will be interviewed by Barbara Walters for the television show “20-20,” ABC announced Tuesday. The interview is slated to be broadcast June 18. “20-20” spokeswoman Maurie Perl said she was “not at liberty to divulge” either location or date of the interview, which has yet to take place. She said Rice is ill with a strep throat. That would explain the silence. . .
