Terrill M. Gloege has been elected senior vice president and chief financial officer of International Technology Corp., a hazardous materials management firm based in Torrance. Gloege, who will join the company June 15, is vice president of the Palmiere Co. and executive vice president-finance and administration of its receivership division.
