Prosecutors met with actor Bruce Willis to determine whether the star of the television series “Moonlighting,” arrested last month during a loud party at his Hollywood Hills home, would be charged with disturbing the peace. Timothy Hogan, head of the city attorney’s Hollywood office, said Willis appeared to be “sincere and apologetic” during the hearing. Hogan expects to make a decision in the case by the end of the week. Willis, 32, was arrested on suspicion of battery following a confrontation with police at the party in which he allegedly screamed obscenities at them. But Hogan said the only offense Willis could possibly be charged with would be disturbing the peace, a misdemeanor.
