Blass, Betsy Bloomingdale Will Get Humanities Posts

WASHINGTON —
The White House announced Monday that President Reagan plans to appoint Bill Blass, one of First Lady Nancy Reagan’s favorite dress designers, and Betsy Bloomingdale, a close friend whom the Reagans often visit when they go to California, to new positions on the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities.
