Stiska Resigns as Chief of Triton Group Ltd.

John C. Stiska has resigned as president of Triton Group Ltd., the company said Thursday. He was replaced by Intermark Inc. Chairman and President Charles R. Scott. Intermark is Triton’s largest shareholder, with 41% of the La Jolla-based holding company’s common shares.

Stiska was named president of Triton in March, 1986, for the “interim assignment of relocating Triton’s corporate offices to La Jolla,” according to Scott. Stiska, a private attorney, will return to his previous role as special counsel to Intermark’s board of directors, Scott said.
