David J. Garber has been named executive...

David J. Garber has been named executive vice president of Forest City Management, apartment division, Los Angeles. Prior to joining the firm, Garber was president of Glenfed Property Management, Glendale, and vice president of Lincoln Property Co., Santa Monica.

James R. Wadsworth, formerly senior vice president of Watt Investment Properties Inc., has been promoted to president of the firm which is an affiliate of Watt Industries Inc. Wadsworth is secretary of the Los Angeless County chapter of the National Assn. of Industrial & Office Parks.

John S. Dinkel has been named president of Grupe Development Co., Los Angeles, and will manage the firm’s Woodland Hills office, including land acquisition, development, marketing and sales. Dinkel is also president of Grupe Management Co. and Grupe Realtors.

Jerry Hay has been appointed senior vice president of IDM Corp. and president of IDM Properties Corp. Hay will be responsible for leasing and asset management. He served as director of marketing for Tooley Co. and president of Hawkins Development Co., Santa Ana.

The following promotions have been announced by Cushman & Wakefield of California’s Property Management Division: John England, director of property management, Southern California, winner of the James P. McGuire award as the company’s top property manager in the country and the first two-time winner of the award; Gail George, senior property manager, Los Angeles; Angie Verdun, manager of Property Accounting; and Jon Bradford, property manager on the Westside of Los Angeles.

James Manarino has been promoted to director of leasing for Hopkins Development Co., Newport Beach, and will oversee the company’s leasing functions.

Fleetwood Enterprises’ Housing Group has announced the following additions and promotions: Jack P. Hager, design manager; Martha Ann Faith, Susan J. Lewis and Cynthia M. Schultz, interior designers.
