A Coast Guard search plane located two men floating in a small raft several hundred miles south of Hawaii three hours after their twin-engine Cessna developed engine trouble in the Pacific Ocean. Both survivors appeared not to be seriously injured, officials said. There were no others reported on board the ditched aircraft. The Coast Guard, which was diverting a ship in the area to pick up the unidentified pair and take them back to Hawaii, planned to drop a survival package that would include a stronger and sturdier raft, food, water, flares and other survival equipment.
