MELBOURNE, Fla. — President Reagan will undergo a checkup next month as part of regular medical examinations scheduled since his surgery for colon cancer in July, 1985, the White House physician announced Monday.

The President has undergone postoperative examinations every six months at Bethesda Naval Medical Center in Maryland. Last January, he underwent an operation for an enlarged prostate.
