I wish to add to “65-m.p.h. speed limit” letter you printed on June 19.
I have a great money-saving idea for Caltrans and taxpayers.
When the new (65 m.p.h.) speed law goes into effect, don’t bother to change the signs. Everyone is driving 65-plus already.
