Krazy Kredits: In Island’s “Straight to Hell” (opening Wednesday), a bizarre Western parody by Alex Cox (“Sid and Nancy,” “Repo Man”), one Martin Turner is in the press release credits as the “sex and cruelty consultant.” Island’s explanation: Turner’s an old school chum of Cox whose unproduced screenplays apparently delve into the subjects mentioned.
