City of Industry Center Acquired
In a joint venture, the Los Angeles division of Koll Co. and the San Diego-based Imperial Corp. of America have purchased the 12-building, 7.5-acre Industry Business Center in City of Industry for $7.5 million. The center is located on Valley Boulevard, two blocks east of Hacienda Boulevard.
The seller was Ellis Sloan Burnett Properties of Santa Monica. Coldwell Banker represented the seller and Piedmont Realty Advisors of San Francisco represented Imperial.
