On Sunday--when Los Lobos, Curtis Mayfield, Trouble Funk, Def Leppard and Katrina and the Waves joined forces for the seventh annual free pop festival in The Hague in the Netherlands--even the sun came out for the festivities, joining more than 200,000 pop fans. Festival organizers said Monday that temperatures hit the 70s for the first time in weeks, helping keep the huge crowd, the festival’s largest ever, in a playful mood. Last year, 160,000 fans attended the trouble-free, one-day music event.
