Bomb Injures 4 in S. Africa Hotel Bar

From Reuters

A bomb wrecked a hotel bar in central Johannesburg on Wednesday, injuring four black men, in what police said could be the latest in a wave of urban guerrilla bombings. The explosion ripped through the Village Main Hotel, one of Johannesburg’s oldest hotels.

About 20 explosions have hit Johannesburg since 1984, when the banned African National Congress guerrilla movement embarked on a bombing campaign to back its demands for black majority rule.
